NURBS Spiral
This function allows you to create a constant 2D spiral-shaped curve. Prompts on the Conversation Bar instruct you to specify the desired revolution in degrees, distance between loops, clockwise or counter-clockwise, and the center position.
Using the Function

Open a new or existing model.

Select Create>Spline>NURBS Spiral. A prompt on the Conversation Bar asks you to enter the number of revolutions in degrees.

Specify the degrees and click the OK/Accept button. A prompt on the Conversation Bar asks you to enter the distance between loops.

Enter the distance and click OK/Accept. A prompt on the Conversation Bar asks you to choose clockwise (CW) or counter-clockwise (CCW).

Click the CW or CCW button as desired. The Position Menu appears on the Conversation Bar. Also, a prompt asks you to indicate the center of the spiral and its starting position.

Click in the model where desired to indicate the center of the spiral, and click in the model again to indicate the starting position of the spiral. The spiral appears.

Use the Position Menu as desired.

Save the model.
