This function exports the information in a hole table to a .csv (Comma Separated Value) file. (See Hole Table for information on and how to create a hole table.) The function prompts you to select the hole table for export, and prompts you for the name of the file to which it will export the hole table.

This capability also is available through the Generic Edit for a hole table when you click the CSV Export button on the Hole table formatting pane of the Hole Table dialog. Note that the button appears on this pane only when you are editing a hole table.
