Use this function to update all existing field notes in a file. When selected, the database is searched for notes containing field notes. If any field notes are found, they are updated to the actual values.

Field Notes are generally automatically updated. However, there are some instances when the note is not notified of changes (like during a KXL expression, for example). In such instances, this function can be used to make sure that all notes have been updated.
