Connection Issues

To connect, you must be using a modern browser with support for TLS 1.2. JavaScript is also required.

If you are experiencing a certificate issue, please ensure your date and time are set correctly.
 

Authentication Issues

Forgot your password?
If you need to reset your password, you can use the password reset option on the login screen. You will recive an email with a link to reset yout password.

Forgot your email address?
If you have forgotten the email address used by your account, you would need to contact support. You can reach us by email at Support@KubotekKosmos.com or by calling 800.372.3872 (Canada & USA only) or 508.229.2020.

Can't access the Forum?
While the Support Site and Forum share the same credentials, the sites are different. You may need to update your browsers saved password for the Forum in addition to the Support Site.
 

2FA Issues

Token not working?
You can regain access to your account using your recovery key. This key was provided when you set up 2FA. Use the 'log in with a recovery code' link on the 2FA authentciation page.
