Account Admin
Account Administration features are only available if you have been granted Account Administrator privileges by a company you are associated with.
If you are only a member of one account, the default is that account. If you are a member of multiple accounts, you will choose the account you want to use from a drop-down list.

Software
Any users that have access to the company you are viewing (company name always appears under your name at the top of the page) are listed here. You can invite a new user using the “Invite User” button. See the User Invitation section for more information on inviting users.



License Info
View information about your license including the product name, expiration date and activation code for licensing.
License Status
Realtime activation and usage information about your license.

Access your temporary node-locked Home Use license file.

User Invitation
A user account can have a membership with one or more company accounts.
Multiple Accounts
Using multiple company accounts facilitates the management of a larger organizational structure and enables cross-access for external service providers, such as consultants and IT professionals. Account administrators can invite users to their accounts and assign them specific permissions as needed.

Quickly restore former users that have been removed or have left the company account.
User Edit
After selecting the ‘Edit’ pencil, you will be able to edit the user’s information. Used the ‘Remove’ button to remove a user from the account. See the next page for more details on ‘Permissions’.

Permissions
Use the ‘Permission” icon to access a dialog to assign user permission for users on your account.

Note: You are not able to edit your own permissions or membership from the ‘Account Admin’ area. You can leave an account using the ‘My Info’ area.
Permission Options
Account Admin: Account Administrators have unrestricted access to place webstore orders as well as view, edit and delete all company information, including all license and payment details.
Can Make Webstore Purchases: The user is authorized to make purchases on the KubotekKosmos.com webstore using a new or saved payment method.
If neither are selected, the user is associated with the company but has no administrative or purchasing access. They can be assigned software (with active maintenance) and access other Kubotek Kosmos resources like the Kubotek Kosmos Web Forum.
Account Settings
You will use this area to change the account primary contact, account addresses, and/or add saved payment methods. The default address you set here will be carried over as default addresses in the webstore.

Primary Contact
Use the primary contact area to manage your primary contact data. This is the person who Kubotek will contact primarily.
Address Details
The address details area allows you to add multiple addresses, saving them for use for future orders.
Payment Details
Payment methods can be added via the Payment Details section. The saved payment methods can be used to purchase new software and renew existing software automatically.
Automatic Renewals
After a card is saved, you can select the automatic renewal payment method, and then select the license you wish to enroll. Please note that all licenses are enrolled upon selecting a payment method during the first-time setup.
Only the selected payment method will be used. Other saved cards can be used for manual renewals and webstore purchases.
Account Documents
This section may be used by Kubotek Kosmos to share important information with you.
