Use the Lock Control Bars toggle to freeze your current toolbar and screen element configuration. This will prevent these elements from being accidentally relocated. Note that once you have elected to lock control bars, you will be unable to undock or manually shift them throughout the workspace. Floating windows will also be frozen when this setting is active. When Lock Control Bars is enabled, its function icon will be depressed in the View Menu, (Active=border, Not Active=no border).
