Viewport

The viewport, or drawing area, is where designing is done. The size of your viewport will depend on your specific screen size and configuration. The background color of the viewport can be set/changed in the File>Properties>Colors/Attributes dialog box.

The viewport layout options are available from the View>Viewport Layout submenu and allow you to configure the viewport using several window arrangements.
