Use the Associative by Three Positions function to create a plane that is associative to the three positions used to define it. Understand the relationship between the defining points and the plane before attempting to edit them.

 

Using the Function:

1. Select Assoc. Three Positions from the Create>Planes submenu.

2. Indicate the first point on the X axis.

3. Indicate the second point on the X axis.

4. Indicate the direction for the Y axis. The plane is then created based upon the three positions you had indicated. Note that the plane is now also associative to these positions.
