Use the Export Hierarchy function to export an assembly hierarchy in ASCII text format. The following information is exported from the current part: the design file name (full path information), as well as all referenced part full path structure.

 

Using the Function:

1. Select Export Hierarchy from the Tools>Assemblies options, or from the right-click menu.

2. The Save As file selection box appears.

 

3. Select a file name and directory location. The hierarchy will be saved to the filename you indicate.
