This function is used to vertically align a drawing instance that you select within layout.

Using the Function:

1. Select Vertical from the Instance Positionsubmenu.

2. Indicate an alignment position. The program uses this to determine the tracking path.

3. Select the instance you want to align.

4. Indicate a position in the instance to align the instance along a vertical path with the alignment point you selected in step 2. The program positions the instance you want to align within a vertical tracking position.

5. Indicate a new alignment position for the instance along the tracking path.
