Point

 Point palette submenus can be used to create points by several varying methods.

At Position

Use this function to create a point at an indicated position.

On Arc

The On Arc function is used to create a point on an arc or circle.

Curve Distance

Use this feature to segment a curve by creating one point on the curve at a specified distance from a selected end point.

Projection to Curve

Use this feature to create a point projected normal to a selected curve.

At Midpoint

Given two positions, the At Midpoint function will create a new point that is halfway between them, at the midpoint between the two.

Distance Interval

Use this feature to create a series of points at a specified linear distance on a curve.

Number of Points

Use this feature to create a specified number of points on a selected curve.

Spline Nodes

The On Spline function is used to create points at each node point of a spline entity that you specify.

Curve to Curve Intersect

This function can be used to create a point at the minimum distance between two curves in space.
