Use this feature to create a point projected normal to a selected curve. After a curve is selected, you will be presented with a Selection Menu from which a projection point will be picked. The minimum distance to the curve is calculated and a point is projected normal to the curve.

Using the Function:

1. Select Projection to Curve from the Create>Point submenu.

2. Select the curve to project onto.

3. Indicate the point to project using one of the Selection Menu options.

NOTE: The minimum distance is calculated to the curve and a point is projected normal to that curve.
