Cutting Plane Lines

These will export as a block or entities containing text and either lines and arcs for aligned centerlines, or a polyline for vertical, horizontal, and auxiliary centerlines.

Dimension

The translator exports generic dimensions as a Block and Instance.  Dimension information structure for each dimension entity is not exported.  The Generic Dimension entity will be exported as a block and instance with a "GENDIM" prefix in the name.
