Use this feature to create a horizontal line through an indicated reference position, parallel to the construction view X axis. The line is extended to the length of the viewport. If the selected point is not displayed on screen, a 1 unit-long line is created at the specified point. This is true for the Horizontal, Vertical, and Horizontal/Vertical functions.

 

Using the Function:

1. Select Horizontal from the Create>Line submenu.

2. Indicate a point for the horizontal line to pass through using the position menu options.
