Use this function when you have changed variables (such as BOM Measure values), modified properties and renamed items within BOM without the need to open the BOM. If adding new components to file will still need to update directly in BOM. This is considered a deeper refresh then the Refresh BOM function.

Using this Function:

Once the file is opened and changes are made simply choose Tools>BOM and Table>Complete Refresh BOM's and the function will perform the update.
