Verify

The Verify options can be used to check, or verify, various data on existing entities.

Entity

A list of items relating to the Entity help topic.

Entity Count

Use this function to count the number of entities on a specified level, or the total number of entities across all levels in a file.

Distance

A list of items relating to the Distance help topic.

Verify Position

Use this feature to display a selected position's world view, display view, and construction view coordinates.

Angle

Use this function to display the angle value between two selected entities in the construction plane and in the plane formed by the two entities.

Perimeter

Use this feature to measure the actual and projected length of a single entity or a selected group of entities.

Area/Centroid

Use the Area/Centroid option to measure the area of a selected closed figure.

Moment

Use the Verify>Moment feature to calculate the polar moment of inertia of a selected closed region, using a selected axis that is normal to the cplane.

Body

The Body feature allows you to obtain data from a solid or Surface.

Verify Body Diagnostic Results

The Verify Body / Sheet Body Results dialog appears after you select a body to verify using the Tools>Verify>Body function.

Face

Using the Verify>Face feature, you are able to obtain information about a face belonging to either a solid or Surface.

Verify Face Dialog Options

The Verify Face Information dialog appears after you select the face you want to examine.

Deviation

A list of items relating to the Deviation help topic.

BSpline Control Net

This function can be used to display all of the control points in the u and v directions, and the array of control points, for a given surface.

Surface U/V Directions

This function can be used to quickly display the U, V, and Normal directions of any given surface.

Mass Properties

A list of items relating to the Mass Properties help topic.

Curvature Extremes

Use this feature to evaluate curvature extremes of a surface.

Spline

A list of items relating to the Spline help topic.

Static Interference Check

Use this function to verify the containment and intersection status of multiple solid objects.

Draft Angle

Use this function to verify whether or not a face can be extracted from a mold, based on a draft angle and vector.

Projected Area

This function projects all selectable bodies (solids, sheets, shells) onto a plane to determine the area.
