Grid and Snap

Grid and Snap functionality can be used to control the movement of your cursor so that it snaps a distance that you specify.

Set Grid and Snap

Use this feature to set the parameters for Grid and Snap through the dialog box that appears when the feature is selected from the View>Grid and Snap submenu.

Toggle Grid

Use the Toggle Grid function to toggle the display of grid coordinate increments on and off.

Toggle Snap

Use the Toggle Snap function to activate/de-activate the snap settings you have configured and enabled.
