The features available from the Edit>Delete submenu can be used to delete elements using a variety of methods

Delete Single

Used to delete single entities.

Delete By Level

Used to delete entities from specified level. 

Delete By Plane

Use the Delete>By Plane function to delete the entities that intersect with, or lie on, a selected side of a plane that you define.
