Angular Dimension

The options in this submenu allow you to dimension the angle between two nonparallel lines or between three specified positions. They also allow you to create angular chain or baseline dimensions. Note that you cannot select parallel lines when dimensioning with these functions. To access these submenu options, select Angular Dimension from the Detail Menu.

When creating Angular Dimensions it will be important to keep the following in mind:

When Angular Dimensions are used to measure an outer (outside) angle, the dimension arrows will always be set to Arrows In (see Set Current Default Attributes>Leader Witness for a description). As you are placing the second witness for angular 3 position the dimension is dynamic in value until the witness is anchored.
