The group functions available from the Tools>Group pull-down and Modeling>Tools>Group palette submenus allow you to link entities so that you can select them as a group using a single cursor selection or a group name. Whenever a grouped entity is selected for any reason, the group, subgroup, or an individual entity within a group or subgroup*Subgroups can also be selected.

When working with Groups, it will be important to keep the following in mind:

• An entity cannot belong to more than one group. 

• You are able to create up to 128 groups per part.
