The File and Part Properties tabs contain the same input fields. The File tab contains the information for the entire design file. The Part tab contains the information for the active part. The active part name will be displayed in the title bar of the dialog.

Dialog Options:

• Part Number - Allows you to enter a part number if one exists to help you identify the project

• Description - Allows you to enter a description to help you and coworkers identify the project

• Created By - The name of the owner of the computer

• Keywords - Allows you to enter keywords, if desired to clarify aspects of the part

• Last Saved By - Allows you to enter the name of the user who last saved the file

• Revision - This field can be used to keep track of the various revisions to the project

• Material - This is a drop down list that stores the ten most recently used items. You can select from one of those or enter a new type of material.

• Vendor - This is a drop down list that stores the ten most recently used items. You can select from one of those or enter a new vendor.

• Created At - The system automatically fills in this field with the date and time of day when the file is created.

• Last Saved At - The system automatically fills in this field with the date and time of day when the file was last saved.

• Last Saved Ver - The system automatically fills in this field with the product version in which the file was last saved.

• Comments - Allows you to enter any additional comments that you feel may be necessary
