Use this function to rotate the viewport counterclockwise, perpendicular to the view by 10 degrees each time the function is used.

Using the Function:

Select Counterclockwise from the View>Rotate submenu options. The viewport rotates counterclockwise by ten degrees each time the feature is selected.
