Pause Recording

While recording a macro, each action is saved. To allow input of data to indicate a position, do a selection, or enter a value, you can use the Pause for Input function. When you play the macro, the Pause function will temporarily suspend the macro to wait for user input.

Notes:

• While recording a macro, click on the Pause button to switch to pause mode.

• If the Record and Pause icon buttons are visible on your toolbar, both will remain depressed while you are in pause mode.

• Pressing the Pause button a second time will revert to normal record mode; your input commands will be recorded just as they are entered.
