The Instance View Scale function allows you to change the scale of geometry displayed in individual instances by asking for a new scale value.

Using the Function:

1. Select Instance View Scale from the Layout>Instance Display submenu.

2. Select the instance you want to apply new scale to. The instance is made active.

3. Enter the new scale and select ACCEPT/OK, or select the AUTO button. When AUTO is used, all of the geometry will be scaled to fit inside of the instance border. The drawing scale is changed.

NOTE: You have only changed the scale of the instance you selected. If you change the scale of an instance that contains detailing tagged to it, the scale is applied to these entities as well.
