Old to NewKeyCreator / Transform / Old New / Old to New
Location: Transform>Old-New The Old-New function translates and rotates geometry by indicating the position and orientation of the transformed geometry relative to that of the original geometry. You can define the transformation by indicating one, two, or three positions for both the old and the new geometry. When you define the new geometry, you are then prompted for as many positions as you used to define the old geometry.
