KeyCreator / Detail / Modify Baselinear / Move Element
Use this feature to move existing baseline dimensions.
Using the Function:

Select Move Element from the Detail>Baseline Dimension submenu.

Select the element you want to move.

Indicate a new placement position for the dimension.

Select ACCEPT/OK when finished. The dimension keeps its attributes when you move it. You cannot move the base ordinate.
