Animation


Animation Overview

Animation provides a means of constraint based animation to solid bodies.


Animation Calculation

Once all constraints,  animation bodies and movement options are populated within the Animation Tab, run the Animation Calculation to cycle the actual animation.


Interactive Animation

Once all aspects of an animation setup are complete, an alternative to running the Animation Calculation would be to use the Interactive Animation to initiate movement for a chosen animation body. 


Create Animation Constraint

The first step in producing a KeyCreator Animation is to define which animation bodies will be involved in the animation and what type of motion is desired.


Animation Tab

All solid bodies and constraints involved in the animation will be populated in the Animation tab of the part splitter.


Edit Animation Constraint

Once constraint solids are defined and populated in the Animation Tab any modifications to their settings can be accomplished using the Edit Animation function.


Add Body to Animation

This function will allow the addition of solids to the animation independent of setting a constraint.


Merge Animation Bodies

Animation Bodies listed in the Animation tab can be linked to one another using this function. 


Split Animation Bodies

Any Solid Bodies listed in the Animation tab that have been previously merged can be separated from the parent listing using this function.


Export Movie File

Animation Export an AVI Movie File
