Selection Menu

The Selection Menu options appear on the Conversation bar whenever you are required to select an entity on which an action is to be performed. Once you have made your first selection, you are prompted to Choose ADDITION method or select an entity. This allows you to make another selection, or simply perform the operation by selecting OK. The options available from the Selection Menu are discussed under Selection Options.

For example, when you attempt to use the Surface>Cover>Boundary function to create a surface from selected entities, in the viewport, the following Selection Menu will appear, asking that you Select entities:

Once the first selection has been made, the second prompt appears, with an expanded Selection Menu, as shown below (note the addition of Subtract and Clear to the menu):
