KeyCreator Part Export

Use the KeyCreator Part export function to export selected elements within a file to a new part.  Through the available options, you are able to indicate how the selected entities being exported are to be recognized in the current part.  For more information in this regard, see the description of the Export to Part File dialog.

The new part object (entities being exported) will retain the attributes of the originating part.  If you are exporting from Model mode, the selected entities will simply be exported.  If you are exporting from Layout mode, however, the selected layout-specific and/or tagged entities will be exported as Model mode entities, and any selected instance-specific entities will be exported as if they had been burst (modelized).
