Use the Tabulated Cylinder function to create a tabulated cylinder surface. Tabulated Cylinders are a surface type that can be defined by extruding a profile curve down a vector direction. The Tabulated Cylinder function is really just a shorthand technique for building a General Curve Surface, because the second copy of the profile curve could be relocated to its end position by using the Transform tools available in KeyCreator.
