Using the Surface Finish Feature

Follow the steps below to use the Surface Texture feature.

Using the Function:

1. Select Surface Finish from the Detail>Tolerance Symbol Ribbon area. The Create a New Surface Texture dialog appears.

2. Configure the available dialog settings. When finished, click OK when finished.

3. Indicate the arrowhead position using the Position Menu.

4. Indicate the surface texture symbol location using the Position Menu. Right click on the symbol to bring up a position context menu which allows further position options (you can change the leader anchor side from right to left for example.)

5. Indicate the next arrowhead position. Click DONE when finished.
