Use the Angular Baseline function to create baseline angular dimensions from an indicated center position, first position and a second position.
Select Angular Baseline from the Detail>Angular>Angular Dimensions.
Indicate a vertex.
Indicate a first position.
Indicate a text position. The dimension is created based on the positions you had indicated.
